1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the FRRO Form-C AutoFiller browser extension and its related service ("the service"), operated by LeoTechApps, based in Fort Kochi, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
FRRO Form-C AutoFiller is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the Bureau of Immigration, or any FRRO office.
2. What the service does
The service reads passport and visa images using AI and fills the Form-C on indianfrro.gov.in in your browser. It never submits Form-C for you.
3. Your responsibilities
- Check everything before you submit. AI can misread documents. You are solely responsible for verifying every field and for the Form-C you submit.
- You must have your guests' consent, or another lawful basis, to process their passport and visa details through the service.
- You must be at least 18 and keep your account and sign-in codes secure.
- You must give accurate account details.
4. Plans, autofills and payments
- Each successful extraction uses one autofill from your balance. If an extraction fails or reads nothing, the autofill is returned.
- Prepaid plans run for 3, 6 or 12 months, counted in 31-day months from the day you pay. You pay once through Razorpay for the whole plan. Plans do not renew automatically: nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
- Monthly autofills: a plan gives a fixed number of autofills each month. They refill every 31 days, and unused ones do not carry over to the next month.
- One plan at a time: a plan cannot be changed, upgraded or downgraded while it is running. You can buy a new plan when the current one ends. Until you do, your account is on the Free plan with no plan autofills.
- One-time packs add autofills to your balance immediately and can be bought at any time. They are used after that month's plan autofills, do not expire while your account is active, and stay when a plan ends. They are lost if your account is deactivated or terminated.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) in the extension before you pay.
5. Cancellation and refunds
There is nothing to cancel: plans and packs are paid once and never renew by themselves. Payments are not refunded for a change of mind, for unused autofills, or for the unused part of a plan. We do refund when:
- you were charged twice or by mistake;
- you paid but the plan or pack was not added to your account;
- the service did not work as described because of a fault on our side, and we could not fix it.
Email support@leotechapps.in within 7 days of the payment or of the fault. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days. When a pack is refunded its unused autofills are removed; when a plan is refunded the plan ends. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- process documents you are not authorised to handle;
- use the service for fraud or any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, payments or security;
- reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service;
- resell or share your account.
7. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extraction will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will keep working if indianfrro.gov.in changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, fines or delays arising from errors in submitted forms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and deactivate your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Any running plan and remaining autofills end with the account.
10. Changes
We may update these terms or our prices. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the extension or by email. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
